The Matic collection is the most sought after for lovers of underwater exploration. It doesn’t stop at the functionality of the product alone but is made with cutting-edge production techniques to satisfy even the requests of the most demanding sea lovers. Starting from the iconic Squale case, thanks to the introduction of some structural modifications, it was possible to create an even more performing watch, which allows it to reach a depth of 600 meters below sea level. To achieve resistance up to 60 atmospheres, the watch is equipped with a 16 mm domed sapphire crystal which allows the pressure inside to be better distributed and therefore greater depths can be reached. Despite the curvature, readability is always perfect from any position you look at, thanks to the anti-reflective coating treatment. The bezel insert is the distinguishing element par excellence of the Matic collection. Starting from a raw steel base, it is initially worked to obtain the exact dimensions of the case and subsequently undergoes a lacquering process. At a later stage the indicators are installed and finally it is covered with a paint which gives it resistance and absence of thickness to the touch.
